- TDS and Other Tax being levied by govt. will be deducted as applicable from time to time.
- On every pay out 5 % will be deducted for Administration Fee.
- Referral income in 100% guaranteed.
- In tours and travel section, after giving the package amount i.e. confirmed, if cancelled then 51% of travel package amount will be returned.
- The date of journey will be after 60 days and before 90 days from the date of Achieving
- The journey date will be fixed by the company.
- Home Appliance once sold will not taken back or replace at any cost.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts.
- Business Partners should not act against the interest of the company or any other member.
- If the business partner is found to be guilty of fraud and/or misrepresentation including without limitation by making false promises to an existing or potential applicant/member then company will terminate him/her.
- If any business partner is found guilty of re-introducing fleecing/trying to fleece by giving any false promises or any other way, any person who has already joined the company through another member and makes such person join with him/her, he/she will be terminated.
- If company found any business partner doing miss-sell or miss-presentation in the market then company will terminate him/her and company will not be liable for that.
- All home appliance product warranty is 6 months.
- No exchange will be done.
- All payments must be bankers D.D in favor of “WIN ADS INDIA”.
- Investment will be changed to Rs1500/- from Augest 1st onwards
- For old Business Partners the old career structure will remain same.
- If you dint receive joining welcome letter from company within 5 days of joining, then it mean your registration is not done with company.
- You will receive automated system generated SMS in name "WinAdsIn".
- You also will receive a call from 0422-3211305 regarding your registration.
- If above three is not done company is not responsible and it mean that your money is not sent to company and your registration is not done.
- Do not pay in cash to any members other that Bank account provided in this website and to our authenticated dealers.
- Company is not responsible for any loss of money given to any other person that to company directly.
